On the afternoon of April 24, 2025, Zhou Xiangzhe, the Party Secretary of Wenzhou Business College, led a team to visit Zhuoshini Group for a research. The two sides had a pragmatic exchange on topics such as talent cultivation and collaborative education between school and enterprise. Huang Qianqian, Vice President of Zhuoshini Brand and an alumnus of Wenzhou Business College, as well as the company's senior executive Zhao Zhiqian, accompanied the visit throughout and introduced in detail the development history and talent strategy planning of the enterprise.
Secretary Zhou and his delegation successively visited the Zhuoshini Culture Museum, the intelligent factory, NINI Business Street, and the staff cultural and sports center. In the intelligent manufacturing workshop, Secretary Zhou paid close attention to the robot shoemaking production line and the 5G - driven intelligent style - changing technology. He expressed recognition for Zhuoshini's innovative model of "data - driven and human - machine collaboration." When visiting the Zhuoshini Culture Museum, Huang Qianqian said, "Zhuoshini's corporate spirit of "consolidating the foundation, perseverance, and innovation" and the business school's "diligence, efficiency, flexibility, and pragmatism" are essentially both manifestations of a spirit of hard work. The skill - competing and master - apprentice teaching activities we organize are not only for the inheritance of technology but also for honing the team's collaborative consciousness in practice."
During the symposium, the two sides exchanged views on the practice path of integration of industry and education, focusing on topics such as the optimization of internal teaching mechanisms within enterprises, the connection between courses and industry needs, the construction of practical training bases, and the transformation of artificial intelligence. From the perspective of an alumnus, Huang Qianqian suggested "integrating the real - time needs of enterprises into the teaching process in advance." Secretary Zhou agreed with this suggestion and emphasized that schools and enterprises need to promote cooperation through regular communication.
This research has clarified the direction for future cooperation between the two sides. Zhuoshini will combine the teaching resources of Wenzhou Business College to explore the precise connection between curriculum development and job requirements. The school plans to enhance the effectiveness of teaching through enterprise - based practical training and case updates.Huang Qianqian said, "My identity as an alumnus makes me more aware of the respective strengths of enterprises and schools. In future cooperation, we will not only bring the experience from enterprises into the classroom but also bring the innovative thinking from the classroom back to the enterprise."
At present, the two sides have established a regular communication mechanism and will take this cooperation as a model to promote the integration of the "four chains" from "breakthrough in points" to "momentum on the surface." They will jointly build a platform for "industry - academia - research - innovation" and cultivate compound talents who "understand technology, are good at innovation, and are proficient in practical combat."
The Alumni Affairs Office, and relevant persons in charge of the School of Management, accompanied the research visit.
