5月13日，我校国际学院党委副书记夏巍、副院长姜闽虹、英语专业系主任金黎希等一行人探访校友曾邦造创办的温州恰索博贸易有限公司。

  温州恰索博贸易有限公司自 2006 年成立，便深耕外贸领域，其为 ZARA、C&A 等大型快时尚连锁品牌，以及家乐福、欧尚等大型超市供应时尚配饰，主营的腰带、手袋产品备受青睐。公司汇聚了国内外优秀的设计开发团队，始终致力于为客户送上优质产品与增值服务。

交流会上，曾邦造热情分享了他的创业故事、公司发展历程、当前规模以及博思基金资助贫困学生的暖心善举。“让员工幸福、让客户满意、为社会创造价值”，这一核心理念贯穿企业发展始终，与他倡导的 “坚持长期主义” 完美契合，尽显企业人文关怀。

此次走访，也为学院人才培养与企业人才需求搭建了沟通桥梁。在与这位优秀企业家的深入交谈中，我们全面了解了公司的员工岗位配置、企业文化、岗位晋升机制，以及对应届毕业生应聘能力的要求和对学院人才培养方案的优化建议。曾总结合多年用人经验，分享了企业选人标准：：一是业务能力，尤其是语言能力要过关，这是开展外贸工作的基础；二是个人价值观与公司发展理念的契合度。恰索博从无到有，每一步都脚踏实地，也希望加入的伙伴具备务实精神，秉持说到做到、全力以赴的态度对待工作；三是综合能力，外贸工作涉及客户开发、订单跟进、物流协调、质量监控、售后服务等多个环节，需对接客户与工厂，因此抗压能力、沟通能力和协调能力至关重要。

  作为2001级国际经济与贸易专业的校友，曾邦造先生对我校怀有深厚的情感。他欣喜于我校的发展，也十分期待优秀的毕业生能加入他的团队。今后，学院将认真汲取校友的建议，不断优化人才培养方案，为社会输送更多符合企业需求的高素质人才。同时，也希望未来有更多校友企业与学院加强合作，共同探索人才培养与产业发展的新路径，携手创造更加美好的未来！

On May 13th, Xia Wei, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the International College of our university, Jiang Minhong, Deputy Dean, Jin Lixi, Head of the English Department, and other colleagues visited Wenzhou Chasobo Trading Co., Ltd., founded by alumnus Zeng Bangzao.

Founded in 2006, Wenzhou Chasobo Trading Co., Ltd. has deeply engaged in the foreign trade field. It supplies fashion accessories to large fast-fashion chain brands like ZARA and C&A, as well as major supermarkets such as Carrefour and Auchan. Its main products, belts and handbags, are highly favored. The company has gathered excellent design and development teams at home and abroad, and has always been committed to providing customers with high-quality products and value-added services.

At the exchange meeting, Mr. Zeng warmly shared his entrepreneurship story, the company's development history, current scale, and the heartwarming act of Boshi Fund in supporting poor students. The core philosophy of "making employees happy, satisfying customers, and creating value for society" has run through the company's development, perfectly matching his advocacy of "adhering to long-termism" and fully demonstrating the company's humanistic care.

The visit also built a communication bridge between the college's talent cultivation and the enterprise's talent needs. Through in-depth conversations with the outstanding entrepreneur, we gained a comprehensive understanding of the company's employee position allocation, corporate culture, job promotion mechanisms, requirements for fresh graduates' employment capabilities, and optimization suggestions for the college's talent training program. Combining years of recruitment experience, Mr. Zeng shared the company's talent selection criteria:1. Professional competence, particularly proficient language skills, as they form the foundation for foreign trade work.2. Alignment of personal values with corporate philosophy. Chasobo has grown from scratch through down-to-earth efforts and hopes partners will possess a pragmatic spirit, committing to delivering on promises and striving for excellence in their work.3. Comprehensive abilities. Foreign trade involves multiple processes such as customer development, order follow-up, logistics coordination, quality control, and after-sales service, requiring communication between clients and factories. Therefore, stress tolerance, communication skills, and coordination abilities are essential.

As an alumnus of the 2001 International Economics and Trade program, Mr. Zeng Bangzao harbors deep affection for our university. He is delighted by the university's development and eagerly anticipates outstanding graduates joining his team. In the future, the college will earnestly adopt alumni suggestions to continuously optimize the talent training program and deliver more high-quality professionals meeting enterprise needs to society. Meanwhile, it is hoped that more alumni enterprises will strengthen cooperation with the college, jointly explore new paths for talent cultivation and industrial development, and create a brighter future hand in hand!
