5月18日上午温州商学院校友文化节系列活动之校友赛艇活动在瓯江口成功举办，由温州百舸赛艇俱乐部理事长陈千帆主讲第一节课，共计20余位校友参加，共同开启了赛艇运动的全新篇章！

  活动伊始，我们举行了隆重的开班仪式。教练对赛艇运动的历史、技术要点以及安全知识进行了深入浅出的讲解。校友们认真聆听，积极互动，现场气氛热烈。通过这次理论学习，大家对赛艇运动有了更全面的认识，为后续的实践操作打下了坚实的基础。

随后，划船机教学环节正式开启。教练亲自示范划船机的正确使用方法，从坐姿调整到划桨动作的分解，每一个细节都耐心指导。校友们在教练的指导下，纷纷尝试操作划船机，虽然动作略显生疏，但大家都展现出了极高的热情和学习欲望。在划船机操作过程中，教练还穿插进行了最大划力测试，帮助大家了解自身的体能状况，以便更好地制定训练计划。

紧接着，进入了组队环节。校友们根据自己的兴趣和意愿自由组队，并推选出了小组长。小组长们积极发挥组织协调作用，带领团队成员熟悉比赛规则，为接下来的划船机团体接力赛做好准备。

  在接力赛环节，各小组迅速进入比赛状态。一场精彩纷呈的划船机团体接力赛正式拉开帷幕。各小组成员紧密配合，你追我赶，划船机的桨叶飞速旋转，汗水与激情交织，现场加油声、欢呼声此起彼伏。经过一番激烈的角逐，各小组都取得了不错的成绩，展现了温州商学院校友们团结协作、拼搏进取的精神风貌。

 活动的最后，全体参与者合影留念，记录下这难忘的时刻。大家脸上洋溢着笑容，手中高举着赛艇俱乐部的旗帜。这一刻将成为温州商学院校友赛艇俱乐部发展历程中的珍贵记忆。

On the morning of May 18th, the alumni rowing event, part of the Wenzhou Business School Alumni Culture Festival series, was successfully held at the Oujiangkou area. The first class was led by Chen Qianfan, the chairman of Wenzhou Hundred Boats Rowing Club. More than 20 alumni participated, collectively embarking on a new chapter of rowing sports.

At the beginning of the event, a solemn opening ceremony was held. The coach delivered an in-depth yet easy-to-understand lecture on the history of rowing, technical key points, and safety knowledge. The alumni listened attentively and interacted actively, creating a lively atmosphere. Through this theoretical learning, everyone gained a more comprehensive understanding of rowing sports, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent practical operations.

Subsequently, the rowing machine teaching session officially began. The coach personally demonstrated the correct way to use the rowing machine, patiently guiding every detail from posture adjustment to the breakdown of rowing actions. Under the coach's instruction, the alumni tried operating the rowing machine one after another. Although their movements were a bit awkward, everyone showed great enthusiasm and desire to learn. During the rowing machine operation, the coach also conducted maximum rowing force tests, helping everyone understand their physical condition to better formulate training plans.

Next, the team formation phase commenced. The alumni freely formed teams based on their interests and preferences, and elected team leaders. The team leaders actively played their organizational and coordinating roles, leading team members to familiarize themselves with the competition rules and prepare for the upcoming rowing machine relay race.

In the relay race segment, each team quickly got into the competitive state. A thrilling rowing machine relay race officially kicked off. Members of each team closely cooperated, chasing each other. The oars of the rowing machines rotated rapidly, with sweat and passion intermingling. The venue was filled with cheers and applause. After a fierce competition, each team achieved good results, demonstrating the spirit of unity, cooperation, and striving for progress among Wenzhou Business School alumni.

At the end of the event, all participants took a group photo to commemorate the memorable moment. With smiles on their faces and the rowing club's flag held high, this moment will become a precious memory in the development history of the Wenzhou Business School Alumni Rowing Club.
