2025 年 8 月 6 日,温州商学院党委书记周湘浙率队走访2016届校友、浙江冠喜食品有限公司总经理陈跃川(管理学院校友会常务副会长),共叙情谊、共话发展。校友办主任潘贻挺,管理学院院长胡宪武、副书记麻志成陪同调研。
在陈跃川的陪同下,周湘浙一行人深入食品生产车间,沉浸式探寻月饼从原料到成品的全链条制作脉络。生产区域内,多条月饼生产线高效运转。各道工序环环相扣。工人们在岗位上全神贯注地操作,对每一个细节都严把关口,确保月饼的形态和口感。包装环节同样精益求精,刚出炉、冷却好的月饼带着浓郁的香气被传送至包装区,自动化包装设备精准高效地完成装盒、封装、贴标等流程,同时配备专人进行最后的质量抽检,力保产品包装兼具密封性与美观度。
座谈会上,周湘浙谈及月饼生产的繁琐和不易,提议企业可进一步提升机械自动化,以此提升生产效率与产品质量。强调母校关注每一位校友、校友企业的成长,密切与校友的联系,通过常态化沟通推动合作落地。跃川介绍,冠喜始终秉持传统与创新融合的理念,每年依据市场大数据精准推出契合大众口味的新品,结合“一城一味” 产品理念,把台州文旦、仙居杨梅、三门螃蟹等地方特产的风味融入月饼产品,尽显台州美食的独特韵。
此次调研活动进一步深化了母校与校友的情感联结。温州商学院将持续完善校友企业家导师库建设,通过“企业出题、师生解题、成果转化”的协同创新模式,为企业发展注入高校动能。

Zhou Xiangzhe, Party Secretary of Wenzhou Business College, Led a Team to Visit Alumnus' Enterprise Zhejiang Guanxi Food Co. Ltd.
On August 6, 2025, Zhou Xiangzhe, Party Secretary of Wenzhou Business College, led a team to visit Chen Yuechuan, a Class of 2016 alumnus and General Manager of Zhejiang Guanxi Food Co., Ltd., to reminisce about old friendships and discuss development prospects. Leaders from the school management , Hu Xianwu and Ma Zhicheng, along with Pan Yiting, Director of the Alumni Affairs Office, accompanied them on the inspection tour.
With the Mid-Autumn Festival approaching, Guanxi Food Co., Ltd. was operating at full capacity, systematically engaging in mooncake production. During the visit, the group delved into the food production workshop, immersively exploring the entire process of mooncake making from raw materials to finished products.
In the production area, multiple mooncake production lines were running efficiently, with each process interlinked seamlessly. Workers operated with great concentration at their stations, strictly monitoring every detail to ensure the shape and taste of the mooncakes.
The packaging process was equally meticulous. Freshly baked and cooled mooncakes, exuding a rich aroma, were conveyed to the packaging area. Automated packaging equipment precisely and efficiently completed procedures such as boxing, sealing, and labeling. Additionally, dedicated personnel were assigned to conduct final quality sampling inspections to ensure that the product packaging was both airtight and aesthetically pleasing.
Notably, before entering the production workshop, the group experienced firsthand the stringent hygiene requirements for mooncake production. In the dedicated changing area, everyone was required to don a full set of protective gear, including hats, masks, and shoe covers. After washing their hands, they stepped into a specialized air shower room for secondary dust removal before being allowed to enter the food processing area.
Manager of Zhejiang Guanxi Food Co., Ltd., introduced that Guanxi has always adhered to the philosophy of integrating tradition with innovation. Each year, based on market big data, the company precisely launches new products that cater to public tastes. To procure high-quality new ingredients and develop unique new flavors, the company has also conducted multiple research trips abroad.
This research activity has further deepened the emotional bond between the alma mater and its alumni. Wenzhou Business College will continue to improve the construction of the alumni entrepreneurs' mentor pool, and inject the momentum of colleges and universities into enterprise development through the collaborative innovation model of "enterprises putting forward questions, teachers and students solving them, and achievements being transformed".
