2025年9月13日，我校党委书记周湘浙率队走访2008届投资学校友白炳卫。校友办主任潘贻挺、副主任林灵，金融贸易学院金融学专业负责人蔡培培，管理学院创业管理专业负责人袁红富陪同走访。

超麒林集团作为浙江天募控股在衢州的投资主体，已快速构建起多元业务矩阵，涵盖文化娱乐、互联网技术开发等领域，旗下项目各具特色，凭借“共创共赢”的愿景与持续创新的理念，在区域产业发展中崭露头角，展现出强劲的成长活力。

交流环节中，周湘浙充分肯定其发展成果，指出作为优秀创业校友代表，这既是校友奋斗精神的体现，也彰显了母校人才培养的质量，其经验可为母校育人工作提供重要参考。他强调，集团创业历程是鲜活教材，希望对方深度参与创业教育，助力培养复合型人才；同时期待以此次走访为契机，建立校企常态化沟通机制，推动共赢发展。白炳卫校友回顾了自己的校园创业历程。他提到，大学期间，自己便怀揣创业梦想，创办了凯乐斯文化传媒。彼时缺乏经验与资源，是学校及时提供了场地支持、创业指导等关键助力，老师们更是以包容的态度接纳他的探索，在他遭遇挫折时耐心点拨，这份支持让他有勇气不断试错、突破。

谈及母校发展，白炳卫对学校坚持走创业特色发展道路表示高度赞同。他认为，创业能力的培养需从校园起步，现在的大学生拥有更优质的创业环境，一定要多走出课堂，在实践中了解行业需求、打磨专业技能，在未来的职业道路上少走弯路。

此次走访不仅拉近了学校与校友企业的距离，更搭建起校企合作的沟通桥梁，为学校人才培养与企业发展实现双向共赢提供了推力。

On September 13, 2025, Zhou Xiangzhe, Secretary of the Party Committee of our university, led a delegation to visit Bai Bingwei, an alumnus of the Investment Program who graduated in 2008. Accompanying the visit were Pan Yiting, Director of the Alumni Affairs Office; Lin Ling, Deputy Director of the Alumni Affairs Office; Cai Peipei, Head of the Finance Major at the School of Finance and Trade; and Yuan Hongfu, Head of theEntrepreneurship Management Major at the School of Management. 

As the investment entity of Zhejiang Tianmu Holdings in Quzhou, Chaoqilin Group has rapidly built a diversified business matrix covering cultural entertainment, internet technology development and other fields. Its projects under management each have distinct features. Adhering to the vision of "co-creation and win-win" and the concept of continuous innovation, the Group has emerged prominently in the regional industrial development and demonstrated strong growth vitality.

During the exchange session, Zhou Xiangzhe fully affirmed the Group's development achievements. He pointed out that as an outstanding representative of entrepreneurial alumni, this not only reflects the entrepreneurial spirit of alumni, but also highlights the quality of talent cultivation of the alma mater, and its experience can provide important reference for the alma mater's talent education work. He emphasized that the Group's entrepreneurial journey is a vivid teaching material, and hoped that the Group would deeply participate in entrepreneurship education to help cultivate interdisciplinary talents. At the same time, he expressed expectation that taking this visit as an opportunity, a regular communication mechanism between the university and the enterprise would be established to promote win-win development. Alumnus Bai Bingwei reviewed his entrepreneurial experience on campus. He mentioned that during his university years, he had cherished the dream of entrepreneurship and founded Kailesi Cultural Media. At that time, lacking experience and resources, it was the university that promptly provided crucial support such as venue assistance and entrepreneurship guidance. Moreover, the teachers accepted his explorations with an inclusive attitude and gave patient guidance when he encountered setbacks. This support gave him the courage to continuously try and make breakthroughs.

When talking about the development of his alma mater, Bai Bingwei highly recognized the university's adherence to the development path featuring entrepreneurship. He believes that the cultivation of entrepreneurial ability should start on campus. College students now have a better entrepreneurial environment, and they must step out of the classroom more, understand industry needs and polish professional skills through practice, so as to avoid detours in their future career paths.

This visit has not only narrowed the distance between the university and the alumni enterprise, but also built a communication bridge for university-enterprise cooperation, providing impetus for the realization of mutual benefit between the university's talent cultivation and the enterprise's development.
