Wang Yinghao, Class of 2020, School of Media and Art Design.During his time at WZBC, he participated in the 8th Wenzhou University Student Workplace Pioneer Competition.Currently, he is the Chairman of Nanjing Wudong Overseas Services Co.Ltd.

Wang Yinghao was born in Taizhou, where his parents worked in the lathe manufacturing industry. From a young age, he was deeply interested in entrepreneurship. In high school, he took his first steps in the business world by selling snacks in his dormitory. Though a modest beginning, this experience laid a solid foundation for his later entrepreneurial journey. He recalls, “At that time, I didn’t think too much about the business side of things—it was more about curiosity and experimentation.”

When he entered Wenzhou Business College, a city known for its entrepreneurial spirit, he was inspired by the bold and innovative attitude of its people, as well as the university’s unique focus on entrepreneurial education. This environment further fueled his passion for entrepreneurship.

As a freshman majoring in Communication Studies, he took on advertising design projects with classmates from the School of Management. By his sophomore year, he became the vice president of the eSports Club and a member of the Photography Club, where he explored the entrepreneurial possibilities in the eSports industry. Although his early ventures in advertising and eSports didn’t succeed, these experiences deepened his understanding of the business world.

In 2019, during a trip to Nanjing, he met a senior who had successfully passed the postgraduate entrance exam. This encounter marked a turning point in his life. Encouraged by the senior and inspired by his entrepreneurial journey, Wang decided to pursue postgraduate studies, ultimately enrolling in Nanjing Forestry University.

Tong Feibo, one of Wang Yinghao’s professors, thesis advisor, and club mentor, recalls that, beyond his attentive presence in class, Wang was often seen rushing between practical projects and extracurricular activities, demonstrating an almost boundless energy. Even when faced with a lack of experience and numerous challenges in organizing various activities, Wang always found creative solutions, maximizing limited resources. The journey to graduate school was not without its struggles, but Wang never gave up, ultimately succeeding in gaining admission. Tong believes that from his initial uncertainty and chaotic experimentation to his steady growth and consistent achievements, Wang demonstrated exceptional resilience and boldness.

During his graduate studies, Wang Yinghao continued his entrepreneurial endeavors. In his first year, he sold mobile phones, and in his second year, he ran a food delivery business. Each morning, he woke up at 4 a.m. to buy ingredients and deliver them to several stores, only resting around noon before starting the afternoon shift of cooking and delivering food. Despite facing numerous obstacles—unfamiliar environments, lack of sleep, and limited funds—Wang and his team remained determined. This experience in the food industry left an indelible mark on him. He still recalls the fatigue of early mornings and the satisfaction of persevering through each challenge. Just as the business was beginning to stabilize, the sudden outbreak of the pandemic brought their dream of running a catering business to an abrupt halt.

After a brief rest, Wang joined a friend's entrepreneurial project and took on photography work. In just over a month, he photographed over 2,000 elderly couples but was never compensated. Realizing he had been scammed, he immediately applied for labor arbitration. This experience motivated him to learn about labor law, and he later handled labor arbitration matters personally for his company.

Upon completing his graduate studies, half of his peers became civil servants, while the other half secured positions in government-run institutions. However, Wang remained committed to his entrepreneurial vision. Torn between staying in Nanjing or returning to his hometown of Taizhou to start a business, his uncle—president of the Nanjing Electronics and Communications Chamber of Commerce—encouraged him: "Taizhou is like a small stream, where you can only catch a few fish. But places like Nanjing are the vast ocean, full of resources and opportunities. You should venture into the larger world."

Encouraged by his uncle, Wang took the plunge into the vast entrepreneurial sea, ready to confront more complex market competition and opportunities. Through precise market analysis, refined service offerings, and deep collaboration with alumni from Wenzhou Business College, he gradually discovered his entrepreneurial path.

In 2022, he and several like-minded friends founded their own company, focusing on overseas study services. Today, their company boasts a stable client base, and the business is steadily expanding.

Looking back on his entrepreneurial journey, Wang Yinghao reflects that entrepreneurship is not just a commercial endeavor but a profound personal growth process. He stresses that the entrepreneurial journey is filled with uncertainty and challenges, with the most essential qualities being "persistence" and "flexibility." When facing problems, one should not simply seek stability but be agile, adjusting strategies as needed to find the best solutions. "Every failure becomes the driving force for progress, and every challenge is an opportunity for growth," he says.

From Taizhou to Wenzhou and then to Nanjing, Wang’s entrepreneurial journey has been one of exploration, experimentation, and unwavering persistence. Today, he is firmly navigating the entrepreneurial waters of Nanjing, with plans to continue expanding his company and exploring innovative business opportunities. To young entrepreneurs, Wang has this advice: "Dare to try, don’t fear failure, don’t fear the hardships. Keep moving forward, and success will ultimately belong to those who never give up."

University is the starting point for your dreams. The road ahead is full of opportunities and challenges. Learning is not just about accumulating knowledge—it’s also about expanding your thinking. Every class, every practical experience, is a step toward your future. Don’t be afraid of difficulties. Falling down is not the end, but the beginning of growth. Every mistake is an opportunity for progress. True strength comes from perseverance and drawing power from failure.

You have unlimited potential. Dare to chase your dreams, because the future belongs to you. Keep pushing forward!
